I absolutely fell in love with this amazing hotel and goergous country, me and my husband had the best time of our life. I can't fault anything about the hotel and the hospitality of the locals. We already booked our place for 2008, can't wait :))

We visited for the first two weeks in October. A superb hotel with excellent food. We dined at all the al la carte restaurants except for the Mexican. The French restaurent is very elegant and the food as good as I have eaten in Paris. The booking of the restaurants is ponderous. You can only book by telephone between 6.0pm and 8.0pm for the following night and, although the hotel was only half full the restaurant lines were constantly engaged and often when you got through the restaurant you wanted was fully booked. The management are trying to devise a better scheme for next year. That was our only minor complaint. You could eat at the huge buffet every meal for 14 days and not repeat yourself. One lunch time I counted 18 desserts not including numerous fruits!!!
Take advantage of the FREE breakfast and sunset cruises on the 25 metre yacht.
The staff are excellent and the gardens top notch.
We will return.

First visit to Turkey, we weren't disappointed. Everyone from cleaning staff, entertainment staff, waiters and hotel relations were very helpful. We had two teenage kids with us and we would all go back.

This was an amazing holiday. We enjoyed a week long stay at this 5 star resort and had the most enjoyable holiday we have had for a number of years. The service was great the food was amazing and the resort was super clean, which is really important to us.
There is loads to do during the day and the night time entertainment is really good too.
We have re-booked for September this year.

I should like to tell the story of a very bad experience my wife had on holiday in Bodrum, Turkey.
We are a British family living between London and Serbia. My wife, Vesna Ryan went on a one week holiday to the Rixos Hotel in Bodrum organised through Kon-Tiki, a local Serbian travel agency, from 2 to 9 July of this year. She went with our 6 year old son Patrick and a 10 year old daughter of family friends of ours.
On the fourth day of the holiday Vesna ate some sushi at one of the hotel restaurants and later felt unwell. She had treatment by the local doctor at the hotel and recovered a couple of days later. After her recovery, she asked the doctor for a copy of his report for medical insurance purposes and it was at this point that her problems began. The Deputy Manager of the hotel, a Mr Vedat Dalkiran refused to provide her with a copy of the report and accused her of intending to sue the hotel in order to make money, which was untrue.
He then began a kind of intimidation campaign against my wife, having her followed around the hotel by two security guards and apparently instructing the staff to withold service. The travel agency representative attempted to intervene but her efforts were in vain. At 9pm on Friday 8th my wife and the two children were told to leave the hotel immediately by Mr Dalkiran. The travel agency found them accomodation in another local hotel until their return flight the next morning.
Mr Dalkiran was extremely unpleasant and in discussions with my wife stated that women should not speak and other remarks suggesting that my wife did not know her place. The fact that she was a customer did not seem to enter the equation.
I think this is a disgraceful, inexcusable behaviour; that of removing a woman and two small children from the hotel because Mr Dalkiran had formed the view that my wife had the intention of suing the hotel. To have children intimidated by security guards is really beyond the pale.
Frankly, I cannot imagine an incident like this in a resort in Western Europe. Something like this makes me wonder about the whole country. We will never return to Turkey on holiday.
