The Staff and Animation team made it an overall great holiday

The hotel was brilliant it couldn't have got it cleaner. The staff were very polite and helpful. They never once looked down on you. Animation team were fantastic. I was amazed that they could speak so many different languages. The food was great, but basic. You couldn't have got any better entertainment. We had Dinner at 8pm then went to the outside bar at 9pm and there were a band playing. Then at 10pm the show started and finished at 11pm then at 12am the club opened were there were 2 different Dj's playing on different nights. There was that much going on at night. You didn't have to venture out of the hotel to enjoy yourself. The tranceport to bordum town was fantastic. The mini bus comes right out side the hotel and comes every 15-20 mins. It was my first holiday abroad with friends and not family and i will never for get it. I wish I was still there. I couldn't have asked for a better holiday. I'm planning to come same time next year if all is well.

Fantastic holiday!!!!

I travelled with my friend and my 5 year old daughter. The hotel was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and friendly and the animation team made the holiday for us. You can join in as much or as little as you want. the food was excellent! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going back the same time next year........

Hotel Kervansaray in Torba – Bodrum is an absolute brilliant place. We have just got home after a lovely week there and I wish I were still there. The staff are very friendly and helpful; the Animation Team are amazing, absolutely hilarious, but very professional. There is a kids club, and pool entertainment in the daytime, a kid’s Disco 8:30pm and a show or competition every night at 10:00pm. The Shows were my favorite, I’ve never laughed so much the humour is centred towards adults but still being very funny for the children to watch. The Animation manager and team are very talented and I’ve never heard people speak so many different languages. I give the Animation team 10/10, the hotel 9/10 the rooms 7/10 this is because they are slightly basic, but immaculately clean, new towels every day. Food 7/10 there is enough for everyone and plenty to choose from and you don’t have to queue, but I give it 7/10 because children could do with there own little section with kids stuff like fish fingers, chicken nuggets beans etc as there is not always much choice for them especially if you have a child who doesn’t like food in sauces etc. The snack bar between 12 – 5 has burgers, chips, hotdogs, cheese toasties, jacket potatoes, pizza, spaghetti bolognaise and salad. The beer served is Tuborg that my partner wasn’t fussed about, as he prefers the Efes, Oh yes before I end just as a warning if you are not great on your legs I would definitely give it a miss, the hotel is on the side of a hill so it is up and down to all apartments, but on a whole the place is Brill, and we will be definitely going back in the near future.

Hotel more suitable for younger people

Beautiful hotel, built on a cliff, therefore hilly, and plenty of stairs. Food and service in dining places, excellent. Not enough lighting in rooms. Take your own soaps, those provided are of an inferior quality, and the minimum is provided. Entertainment mediocre.

The Hotel was amazing the People were great expecially the animation team i have been to alot of 5star hotels but this was by far the best in every way every night and day the entertainment managed to astonish me with pool party's, fabulous dancing and lots more! the hotel has something for everyone!

Best All Inclusive

We have had holidays in other locations on an all inclusive basis but this must be the best ever. The food was fantastic with numerous choices and service is exemplary. The cleanliness of the hotel and areas is of a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our holiday from reception, bar staff, waiters, and swimming pool staff. The entertainment was entertaining and we thoroughly enjoyed our first Turkish Bath and massage and my visit to the hairdresser gave me no concerns at all!! We had our first para sailing experience and felt completely safe and thoroughly enjoyed the sights from above and having the wind cool down our very hot bodies!! We will be booking again and look forward to meeting all the friends we made with the hotel staff.
