This was my second time at the hotel and I'm sure it won't be the last. The hotel is great value for money. It's well maitained and kept clean 24/7. You never have to lift a finger. The staff are so helpful and friendly. we met some great people over there and they will be deeply missed. The entertainment is limited but it was't an issue because our holiday was mainly based on relaxation and getting a tan!! i paid £764 for two weeks at this wonderful hotel and every penny was worth it!!! I cant wait to go back there!!

Massive well replenished buffet, with nightly changes. Have an omelettes cooked for you to your design for breakfast with 20 breads to choose from. Beer, wine brought freely with meals. The small beach, is busy, snorkelling for 10 mins you will see schools of different species of fish. The diving guys (Trex) are a wonderful bunch getting my 14y old daughter through her padi in 3 days. The guy selling the photos is a creep, don’t trust him, he breaks deals. Internet in the lobby and beach bar is intermittent and signal is weak. Very clean rooms, very stylish, cleaner was a star cleaning after our 2 little monsters. Check your bills from the beach club, they seem to double charge all visits (strange as all other places never made mistakes). Concierge and “customer relations”, were a waste of time. But very little goes wrong. English is not a popular language. Really is a 5 star+ hotel. Will go back.

The location is good and the landscape is very nice. However, the rooms are no match for a 5 star hotel, the bed is not comfortable, the TV is small and has only two English channel (CNN, BBC). The Aircondition (At least in my room)was not good. The min temperature inside the room was 25.5 during the day and 24 during the night. The lobby offer wireless internet (free), however, my laptop charger socket is a three pin type (BS MK type). All the the outlets in the hotel are 2 Pin type, and the reception is not willing to provide you with an adapter, they simply say sorry. With all honesty, the food was very good and abundant. We were promised a seaview room, we were given a room 5313 that was on the side (and not in the main building) which was Semi sea view. We asked to change the room. The receptionist simply did not care claiming the the hotel is full. The swimming pools are great as well. To me, the room (except the bathroom) including the conditioning system was a disappointment. Anyway, according to locals, this is among the three best hotels in the area, only surpassed by Kimpinsky and maybe Rixos Hotel.

Very beautiful location and luxurious hotel. Most staff, however, do not speak English well, so some German or Turkish phrases go a long way.
