Oh What a Shame

Clean Room. Food not bad. However never any manager on site when you wanted to speak to one. View from room was of a hill made up of rocks. when we asked if we could be moved we were told we would have to pay, although there could only have been about 20 people staying. The management need to learn about customer SERVICE. No I would not revisit the MAVI Bodrum

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't go there. The rooms aren't cleaned, there are no balconys, and it is like a prison. The restaurant is awful and we never eat in there. We moved hotels since the hotel was so poor. If your going here think about looking at other hotels.

I would call this the most disgusting, dirty, smelly hotel I have ever stayed in. We went all inclusive, but ate or drank nothing due to the fact that the restaurant was dirty and smelly and I would not even feed the food to my worst enemy! The hotel was listed as being only about 10 min walk to Bodrum town centre, but in fact was a 45 minute bus drive! It was listed as having a boat service to Bodrum town........non existant! Every time I opened our room door the handle fell off and every time we tried to get in, my husband had to break in!!! My daughter nearly fell off the balcony as half of it was unattached to the wall! I could go on and on but my advice is
Under No Circumstances Do Not Go There!!!

I strongly recommend to check other hotel options. It was a disaster for me and my wife, bad service, bad food. Somebody should tell them that there are many many wonderful hotels in Turkey, in Bodrum which they should compete with. A waste of money...
