First impressions were good. The pool is lovely with adequate sunbeds and the beach ok, room was ok though air con was not the best and bed rock hard. Food was poor, very limited meat and was always luke warm or cold. Drinks were watered down and basics only. We found the staff ignorant with the odd exception and my wife was harassed by them if she went to the bar without me. Music around the pool was ridiculously loud. Do these people not realise that most of us go on holiday to relax. I complained about this every day which seemed to work for a while and then the volume went up again. Dont think that i am being petty here, I literally could not hear my wife from 12 inches away and we were at the furthest point from the speakers. It really does spoil everything. Entertainment staff constantly harass people trying to get them to join in pool games even to the point of tipping people off their sunbeds. We needed a break from the food on day 4 and a taxi into Bodrum was £30 return even though it is only 10 minutes away. With a few minor changes ie quiet music, hot food and pleasant staff, this place could be ok but I could not recommend it at the moment.

The location of the hotel is a little off the beaten track, nowhere to have an evening stroll. Rooms were very clean so was the whole complex really especially the fab pool. Food was catered for all, a good choice, excellent table service by friendly staff onlt too willing to please. The pool bar did serve weak drinks and staff could be a little rude. 5 stars for "PIANO" ENTERTAINER, oh my god...Dylan loved you, the little footballer. Would go back as we all had a great time and a relaxing holidy. Staff were willing and encourage all to join in pool activities and games..well done

Why are so many people critisising this place?
I deffo think its for young couples or family with children, its not for old people at all. There was soo much to do and the staff there was the most kind & friendly people i have ever met!
There was plenty of entertainment to keep you amused and lots of extra facilities. There was a step class in the late afternoon which i went to which was great. The hotel has its own beach! What more can you want?
I'd go back there tomorrow! :)

If you want to be pickey then you could be but overall the hotel is a good base for a bech holiday wether young or old. It would be nice if one area of beach had no music.
The staff were the most well manered and genuinely friendly I have ever come accross.Special mention for Ibrahim in the restaurant. Just take a few Turkish lira with you as everything is priced in Euros.
Taxi from Airport was £30 and this was cheaper than the Reps were quoteing for bus transfer.20-25 mins transfer time.
Take advantage of the free Bodrum Trip (usually on a Tuesday). We had 1 week there and managed to not spend any extra on drinks or food. The climate is lovely as the on shore wind is lovely. The rooms with a good sea view are worth having but do not despair if you do not have one as venturing on to the balcony is far too hot and the curtain remains closed to keep sun out. Would go again.

This holiday was a breath of fresh air. Other reviews include slippery pool area (what more can you expect), darkened areas I don't agree with these people who have put this in their reviews are being over critical in my opinion. I do however admit the food was on and off and extras in the hotel are expensive i.e. Turkish shaves and photos. However the beach is right on the hotel, the pool is some size, the rooms are immaculate and air con is very soothing, beach bar very relaxing with occasional firework displays on a night, mini bus service to Bodrum is only 2 lira and children go free, food Barbequed in front of the diners and day & night entertainment of good service & standard. I wood go back tomorrow.

my friends and I booked this holiday cheap and quick deal to celebrate our degree results. we had a bril time and 4 for us are going back on the 10th of september from bristol before we start work in the big bad world!!!!

We booked a late bargain and following the reviews from last year were a little apprehensive. Our first impression after a delayed night flight were excellent the receptionist Fatma was so welcoming. Our room although was adequate was not what we wanted so we changed the same day with no hassle. The food was ok. Salads at lunch and evening meal were always the same but the hot choices changed daily. The waiters were excellent attentive and friendly. The pool large and clean but not as clearly marked re depths which I felt was a little dangerous. the pool surround was very slippy and some nasty accidents were witnessed There is not enough shade around the pool and to get a sun bed you had to be up at 06 00hrs. The beach was pebbly and again not enough shady areas but that was changeing as we left. The beach bar only one open in the evening was poor, loud, loud music all Turkish with the occasional English request Bar staff poor, ignorant, ignore you if there was a Turk at the bar even if he arrived after you he would always get served first. Overall rating 7 not a 5star maybe 3 but good value 279 pounds all inclusive for a week. Would probably go back

The old management has gone,the managementfrom a nearby 5* hotel has taken over & they are making great efforts to turn this hotel into 5*. At the moment its about 4*. Everything is clean, the food is good & the staff are excellent.The bathrooms are only 3* as they need revamping but they are clean. My Wife & I would certainly go back.

Advertised and sold as a 5* hotel how wrong can these people get it. Loud music all day long around pool, basic food, kid's club looked good in photo but no supervision for 5 days running. When supervision was present my 5 year old son fell and got a deep cut behind his ear, the kid's supervisors response to a crying injured 5 year old child was tell him to go and find his mum, by his self on what is quite a large complex. Management were not interested in hearing my complaint. Most bar staff were delighted to tell you that you have to pay extra when you ask for anything other than the basic drinks-beer, whiskey, vodka. The entertainment arena is a 5 minute walk from the bar, so at night when wife and 3 kids are watching (show) it's along dark trip to the bar with 5 drinks. On arrival at room sheets were stained with blood and urine, the clean sheets that arrived next afternoon after many phone calls to reception were not much better. Pool was dirty for the whole 2 week's. Rooms are a basic 2*. The Turkish baths smell. There is an ice cream parlour but ice cream is not included in the all inclusive package and is very expensive. On a positive note there are a couple of pleasant waiters in the restaurant.

Top Local Tips for Bodrum

getting the bus to Bodrum Make sure you don't waste money on taxi's. The buses go and come back from Bodrum every 10 minutes. Walk out to the road and wait next to the road the buses will stop and pick you up no worries.

Barber If your a man i recommend going for a proper shave, its quite an experience!!!!

Hong Kong Restaurant, Bodrum The Hong Kong restaurant offers a free shuttle transfere to their restaurant on request (a man will hand leaflets out around the pool - speaks excellent English). Just tell him the time you want to be colllect from lobbey and he will be there in an top class air conditioned mini bus. Food is great (they even pick you up for a Full English Breakfast (and believe it, you will need a few nights eating away from the hotel- read above).
