Just came back from staying here and thought it was great, very relaxing but also very fun. The animation team Kaan, Sinan, Burack and Rose were very nice people always making us laugh and doing different activities, things such as darts, beach bowls, air gun shooting, yoga etc.
The food was also good a lot to choose, fresh salad was available everyday along with omlettes for breakfest and the waitering staff were also nice.
Overall a good holiday and very relaxing and would certainly recommend to anybody.

The hotel was advertised as a 5 Star, 3 at best. The only alcohol choice you had as part of the inclusive package was watered down Vodka & local beer in a plastic beaker. NO fresh juice was available in the whole Hotel and any other branded alcohol was charged at a high rate. (limited options too) The food was fair and served ragularly, but only 1 restaurant, not 3 as advertised. We found the staff quite cheeky and not very accomodating. Our room was next to a main road. Expect loud house music to be played around the pool too. (which we didn't mind too much) Drinks are charged after 12pm, then they would let you drink out of a glass! We had a good holiday, mainly because the Brits there were a great laugh, but the Hotel was a massive let down.

This holiday was one of the best ever. Ok the room was adequate, needed a revamp but who stays in their room all day? The beds were very clean - no problems with change of bed linen or towels. As for the food - we loved the salads and traditional meals. In temperatures of 44 degrees who wants hot meals all of the time. The best part of the holiday was the waiters and bar staff - never a dull moment, always smiling and made our Mum feel like royalty. Flowers each morning with breakfast, drinks brought without asking, always making a fuss - she had such a lovely time. It was a delight to watch the young children at night in the arena where they were entertained by the most enthusiastic bunch of entertainers. Indeed on the last night of our stay my sister and I felt compelled to join in with the other mums and dads even though we had no kids with us. I would go back again without a second thought.

Just come back. Not a 5 star, more like a 3 star! Got sick of chicken chicken, in fact we have grown feathers since we have come back, hahaha. Drink was watered down. Hotel itself was nice, view for pool was nice. Went into Bodrum, was a steak mmmmmmmmmm! But Bodrum was far out, wished Bodrum was nearer to hotel, would have gone to there more.

Just got back from this hotel last night. I found this hotel very good value for money definitely not 5star rooms but pool is, the bathroom was not very clean but it was usable, we had a crap view but was never in room anyway the views were stunning from pool beach, the staff were the friendliest I've ever known and food was edible all in all very relaxing holiday for £558 for two including transfers what can people expect.

This hotel is 3 star not 5 in any way. Nice pool and views and gardens. Food average and often cold and same as... had to change room as bathroom was dirty. Beach nice and relaxing. Staff friendly. But be warned spa area and massage area dangerous to the concern of who is employed there and giving these treatments had incident and management tried to cover it up. manager complete ignoramus only interested in himself and the money he is making to the lack of concern of the safety of people in there supposedly trusted staff.... be very cautious to this area as it was a sackable offence and serious.... but management team wanted to cover up the scandal.... girls be cautious to male staff at massage spa..... nightmare.....

I have taken a week to reflect on this holiday, and still feel the same. No way was it even close to a 5 star, the food was NOT edible it was ALWAYS cold, and it was ALWAYS chicken, we have been A I before and this must be the worst ever. It has put some guests off going A I again, as the choice of food was that bad. To be frank the hotel needs three things to bring it up to scratch: Good staff, A good clean ,and GORDON RAMSAY in the kitchen. It really has the potential to be a fantastic hotel, but really needs the hard work put into it.

We have just returned from this hotel and were very sad to do so. Although not quite 5 star our holiday was amazing. Staff were great and the only thing to complain about would be variety of food and the bathrooms need some updating but we would quite willing go back next year.

Really don't waste your money. This place was sold to us as a 5* but it's scraping the barrel to call it a 3*. Manager is the most incompetent, rudest person I have ever met. The first room given to us had a hole punched through the bathroom door, was absolutely filthy, the air-conditioning did not work, mini bar empty (no complimentary water as promised) view out of window was 2 storey building 20feet away(you could not see the sky from the room). When speaking to the manager regarding this room his response "We have worse rooms" unbelievable. Eventually got room changed, same room 1 floor up. Still dirty, empty mini bar (which continued throughout the holiday), stains on walls and now ceiling falling down behind air-conditioning unit. No top sheet on any of the beds instead a single blanket on double bed and eiderdown, your guess is as good as mine as to the last time these were laundered, eeewhhh. Bath was not cleaned, floor never mopped, despite the increasing pool of water from the leaking toilet, throughout the whole week we were there. Al a'carte restaurant non existant, lobby bar never open, restaurant bar non existant. Pool bar closes at 7.30pm leaving just the open air bar on the beach, with a dozen metal table and chairs to service all the guests in the hotel and as you can imagine constantly running out of the very basic all inclusive alcohol. Choice of food was more than adequate and at times very nice with huge selection of salads unfotunately the hot selection was at best luke warm and often cold. A number of people suffered various stomach upsets. All the staff were very friendly excluding the manager. I have never felt compelled to review any previous holiday (despite having 2 foriegn holidays a year), I have tried to be objective and not emotional but these are the facts, this was sold to me as a five star holiday. I wish somebody had told me what it was like before I had booked.
