Hotel & Staff are great
Just returned (16.6.2008) What can I say. This hotel is great. Yes it is not a 5* hotel but i would rate it as a good 4*. The room are good and cleaned every day. But what made it was the staff th. They are all great and fully committed in providing the best service thay can. You could not wish for a better location. The pool area and sun decking could do with a little make over as some of the deck tiles are lose. Look out for Mizam, & Omer in the resturant But the one person who stood out and who we consider to be a good friend is Himmet at the pool bar. So come on Diamond tidy up the pool area and you can have our 5* rating. This was our first time to Turkey and will return to the Diamond again. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice...
It is a nice hotel with a lovely view and the location. Staff was just ok, not very friendly. Great choice of starters, not so good with the main meal or fruit. Very poor with drinks. It is not a 5 star hotel!!!
But I'm sure you will make the most of it.

Wonderful
We had never been to Turkey and the diamond of bodrum made us want to return again. Great food, great service. great people. It's best to go all inc, then you only spend on cheap goods and days out. We went horseriding, scuba diving and had a turkish bath. All were cheap and so much fun. Can't wait til next year..

Disappointed
Definately not worth a 5 star more like 3 plus.
No filter coffee after 9 am. Not enough sunbeds by the pool. The sunbeds was very poor. The meals was made of cheap raw material.

On the whole ... good
Hi
We stayed in a nice room opposite the beach having a quiet atmosphere.
Few major food (disregarding salads, desserts, ... ).
The most important point: you are always faced with lack of space round the pool (you may add the bar close to the pool to this problem, as well. lol!!!).
Bar tenders are friendly on the whole, but not as friendly as other staff.
However, it is a nice place on the whole.
