I enjoyed the hotel very much. The service was maginificent, the swimming pools and the beach area were great as well as the constant airconditioning in the rooms and eating areas. the rooms were pretty good, but i was just not pleased when i found yellow stains on my covers. the good thing is that as we we told them to change it they did. the food was very good. i also enjoyed the spa centre and thought the people working were very skilled. i visited the kaya belek that is right beside this hotel which seemed better even though i haven't seen the rooms. apart from a bit of dirt in the rooms i also didn't like the part of the hotel with tennis courts and activities...it just seemed like no one was taking care of it.

Do not believe a word on their web site as it is a figment of their marketing departments imagination. The place was not opened last year as claimed. The food is repetitive and boring as well as majoring on chicken. The staff are surly as well as badly trained. The air condition never worked in 2 weeks, despite complaints to receptrion who were equally surly. The animation team, as well as the childrens team were virtually non existant, as well as useless. The childrens club, restaurant etc never worked.
