We went to Hotel Olivera for a 5 night vacation this year. The hotel had four stars, so we thought well, it should be OK, which was just it, OK. Compared to the 5 stars hotel we went to during our honeymoon, Rixos Labada, it was not even OK. I dont think they deserve their 4 stars at all. The closets lid was not staying at its place, it would touch your back. My wife was poisoned along with a lot of other people, for which the hotel would not accept responsibility. I think it was the water. We had to pay for the doctor ourselves (70 YTL). Other people were sick for 2-3 days or more. Anyhew, it said all inclusive but it was never near all inclusive. They had 3 meals a day and a 5 PM tea snack, and thats all. Plus, we arrived at 11AM and they said we had to check in at 2PM so they would not provide us with lunch. We were just out of the car and they were saying we had to wait until 5PM snack or until dinner time, which is at 7.30 PM.
The bar did not have milk or fruit juice and they would not do cocktails. They would not give you bottled water during the days, though many people got sick, probably from the tap water.
The waitress would ask us if we wanted cleaning if she sees us, and she would not clean the sink etc. unless we specifically ask for it. In short, it was nowhere near four stars, it does not even deserve 3 stars...
