Simply the Best
I speak the absolute truth when I say that anyone giving a poor review to this hotel must either be a loon or a millionnaire. It's faultless, seriously. The complex is incredible, the food is amazing, the pools are great, everything is totally fabulous. There must be something wrong with those who hate this hotel, I've been here 5 times and it's been consistently good. We've taken friends every time, who have always been full of praise. Any faults elsewhere cited are usually not the fault of the hotel, but of ignorant guests.
Believe me and try this amazing hotel, you will not be disappointed!

THIS REVIEW WILL SAVE YOUR HOLIDAY !!!
I am one of the ‘victims’ of this so-called resort. Yes I say ‘victim’, because it was indeed a disastrous experience from the start to the very end. I am also a ‘fool’, I say fool, because I believed every positive review I read about this hotel and ignored the few negative ones. In my humble opinion those ‘wonderful’ reviews were actually written by the marketing team of this hotel in order to attract more fools like me.

So I – the fool, went on to travel websites and tried to find the best looking hotel out there. As every Turk, we are proud people and we will do everything to promote our country at the best possible level, so that’s why I decided to empty my pocket to impress my friends who have never been to Turkey before. And I saw (unfortunately) WOW Topkapi Palace, went to their homepage, l...Read more

Just returned from this hotel. Enjoyed stay but not as good as expected. Check in quick and efficient hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities great but this is a more family orientated hotel and could be termed "Childrens paradise". Rooms clean but small and surprisingly carpeted. As these are not vacumed daily/ weekly then it can lead to a problem with the cleanliness. Safe available in room free of charge but unfortunatley this operates via a key opposed to digital lock which means you have to carry it around with you. We haver previously had safes with digital locks which we have found to be both quicker and safer. Main Restaurant does not cater for the large number of guests and this leads to chaos and stressful dining. Staff are also limited in this area which means tables are not readily cleaned and available. As British are a minority in this hotel there is very little of our cuisine This mainly consists of burgeres and chips. Breakfast is a good meal...Read more
