this is the last time i go to the kremlin, i throw my money to the garbage the hottel is not worth the price they charge me and u,
it's not 5* for sure
i am sure that if they check the hotel again they will get max 3* and just for the architectural bildings.
have u ever seen a hotel that dont have chenge in the changing office, if u have just bills of 100$, and u want to change 30$ to turkish, u cant cause they dont have to enaugh change to give u back... even if u go to the shops at the lobby they wont change for u.
the staff dont speak english, u cant talk with them and its very difficult to explain for them what u want.
if u go to the resturant with out a seservasion you will be kicked out of the resturant (really)
they dont speak with u nice they will threw u out!!!!!!
dont try to go to the restaurant when its one minute after close time... you will meet an angry waiters, believe me u dont want to be there when thay speak with u....(they dont speak)
we tried to reserve a seat at the maxixan restaurant but i coudlnt because that we just 2 persones at the room and they cant make a table just for two, at the same time ther was 12 people that tried to reserveat the maxixan, they coudnt cause they were to much... we tried to explain this thing to the information gay, he just get angry and started to shout on us....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i cant talk from now till the end of the page, but i think this is enough to warn u about this hotel.
u can go and try it by ur self, but i am sure that its the last time for me in the kremlin palace.
thx for reading, bellive me its for u

i was on holiday in Kremlin Palace last year. Not a bad hotel but i wouldn't give it 5*. interior of the hotel itself and reception and lounge is lovely but the rooms are very small and a bit outdated looking, beds were ok, but we had a standard room for 3 people and the third person was given a very cheap fold-up bed with a tiny matteress on it. Impossible to sleep on it, so at the end 3 of us ended up fighting for a space on the double bed at night. Cleaning service wasn't up to scratch either and food in the buffett seemed a bit repetative. if you want to go to the one of the restaurants you need to book at least 2 days in advance as there are not enought seats although there are 6 restaurants in the resort.Unfortunately i had a very bad experience with the restaurant as i was given bad fish and and got a food poisoning which was so bad that i had to be given medical care at the end and stayed in the room for the other 2 days so my holiday was ruined. Hotel staff seemed to be very ignorant -or may be they are so used to it so they don't give a damn anymore - in relation to the food issue in the hotel and refused to cover my med.bill.-so did my travel agent Pegas. Hotel doctor has charged me 200 dollars for his attendance and a tablet. So please be very careful with what you eat and also with what kinds of food you mix as another person i met in the hotel got food poison after she has eaten a yogurt in the buffett room. Anyone for a disco? for some reason almost every night it was almost empty so we found ourselves on the livlier dancing floor in Topkapi Palace which is a sister hotel beside.
Other then that activities in the evening and throught the day were brilliant, and they had good range of drinks and bars and buffett operating 24/7(with the breaks).
Overall it was ok, and to be honest i prefer to try another hotel and won't be rushing back to Kremlin Palace, but thats my own opinion based on an unfortunate experiance, perhaps they take better care of their clients in other places...i'm going to Saturn Palace this time and will keep you posted on that one. Happy holidyas! :)

Spent 2 weeks in this hotel. Found the bedrooms very poor, food was same most days. By Spanish standards no more than 3* Family called to see us and were admitted if we paid £60.00 per head there were four of them or they could stay for 1/2 hour. Public rooms were well kept. Hotel is about 20 miles from city centre and nothing to do if you do not have transport taxi - cost a fortune. 5* I am still looking.
Kremlin or Topkapi ?

Just got back from 2 weeks at the Kremlin Palace ,overall a good holiday. We booked the hotel direct and also a taxi transfer, both the transfers and the check in / out went extremely smoothly . Our room was a duplex which is ideal for famalies although the carpeting and to some extent the downstairs bathroom need revamping .
The majority of guests are Turkish and Israelies who are very rude . Staff work very hard and in general very friendly always saying hello or shaking your hand , the exception are a couple of staff in the Tsar tent, I have never come across such rudeness from Turkish people as we got from one of them, she kept my son waiting 45 mins and just kept letting people push in front of him, in the end he walked away. We were AI but didn't know the food was rationed !! On Turkish night in the restaurant the woman from the tent was cooking pancakes and after queueing she refused me a whole pancake and gave the other half along with a full one to a Turkish man behind me , even he raised an eyebrow. Activities are very good during the day ,our 15 year old had a wonderful time while we sunbathed on the peaceful pier which has lovely comfy beanbags and beautiful views. Overall a nice hotel but next door is Topkapi Palace where we stayed 2 years ago and in our opinion is the better of the two.

We were a group of 12 people. I define our stay there as fantastic though we had little problems the first day with the reception staff. They gave us the worst rooms in the hotel on the floor and with a view of garbage. after two days they accepted to change our rooms and gave us better rooms on the 4th and 6th floor viewing the sea, pool and hotel. Except for the rooms problem everything was incredible!!!!
Activities: programs everyday. water polo, water gym, tennis, ping pong, billiard, football, archary, banana, water ski, internet cafe and dancing lessons all free of charge.
Bowling is payable.
At night they had a show starting 9:30 never miss that show because it's awesome.
Rooms : Not much. We expected a lot better. the rooms weren't luxurious they were standard rooms. the minibar is free of charge and it's filled everyday which is good. the balcony is too small to fit two people. the cleaning service is awfal. they only made the beds and went out. and sometimes they arrived 4:30 pm which was disturbing for people who had a nap.
Food: Greaaaat food. nothing to complain about :) there's everything in breakfast lunch and dinner. 7 restaurants with amazing food Pizza maccaroni hamburger with fries kabab and everything you may dream of. Also ice cream starting 3 oclock. snacks cakes and coffee. Beer served with peanuts. The food was the best. The waiter brings the stuff you order to you in the lobby, the pool bar and even in the restaurants.
the main restaurant is self service having a special food each day. So you won't be saying there's nothing to eat.
Pools: A huge pool which was always fresh and clean. One indoor pool with a jacuzzi next to it. 3 water slides for litte kids and 3 extra big water slides. The good thing is that the lines move fast and u won't have to wait long to ride on a water slide.
to sum up the hotel looked like a fantasy (disney for some people) you can drink whatever you want whenever you want. you don't have to spend one single penny i guarantee. and oh i cut my hair for free too so don't cut your hair before you go you can do it there :)

I am not long back from Kremlin palace, it was my best holiday I have ever been on. The animation team are the best ever!!! Very friendly and fun! Pool games are great and the club dances are the best!! I would give it more than 10 if I could! I keep in touch with the animation team and they are still very friendly. I am definitely going back next year no matter what happens! I miss it so much. Great food, clean rooms, friendly staff, water park great, beach just down the path, everything was perfect!!
Hope to see everyone next year xxx
I would highly recommend Kremlin Palace

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. I was never bored as there is always something to do- bowling alley, fantastic aqua park, trampoline, internet cafe, turkish baths, spa, beach, water sports. The food is gorgeous, and the staff are all so nice. There were shows and parties at night, along with many fabulous restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel as you will fully enjoy your time here.
Exceptionally poor quality service

This hotel is not suitable for people interested in travelling around. It is isolated 24Km from the town centre (where the nice restaurants and shops are) and the staff are rude.

We have had the best time at the Kremlin palace! The Staff were amazing, ESPECIALLY the animation team - friendly & fun, we did not want to leave them as we cried when we left much love, to FABBIANO, ORHAN and METIN! We just cant wait to go back again, only we would really like the name of the song that they dance to, so if anyone knows, would it be possible to contact me spadgearoohead@hotmail.com xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
