Good hotel/Bad customer relations!

We were happy to have a few days at this location. However, we forgot to pick up our bathing suits in our room on leaving and enquired about them within 24 hours. No reply for several days from the hotel officials. Upon repeated long distance calls at our cost,the response came many days later and we were told no bathing suits were found at our room. We are very disappointed as nothing disappears that way! The room cleaner should have given the bathing suits to the front desk upon cleaning the room on our departure. Should a 5 star hotel not have a secure personnel for their customers?

Stayed here in March 2008. wonderful hotel,clean, good food, plenty to drink, staff very pleasant, weather was good. We had a good deal @£640.00 for the two of us. Can't wait to go back next year. Good jewellers in complex , very fair and will give a good discount. Well done Club Voyage
