Read this before you book!
We were looking forward to a 5 star hotel stay, but what a surprise we got! NO WAY IS THIS 5*, more like a 1+ or 2. Hotel is nice, staff can't speak english (most german, russian), rooms very small, balcony is very small (if you get any at all), beds are HARD, VERY VERY HARD, you wake up in pain, cleaning of the rooms is a joke, I watched a bit of dirt remain on the floor for our 2 week stay. Food was great if you like it COLD (eggs, pasta, burgers, all of it) there is very little change to the menu, so you can expect to eat the same every day. We upgraded to all inclusive so we would not go broke having a few drinks at night. A "3/4 full" GLASS of beer was £3 and if you wanted anything other than wine, vodka or gin, expect to pay a whole lot, so it pays to go full board. They close the full board bar at 11pm, so order as many drinks as you can starting at 10pm and go sit outside, as they close all the lights to try and get you to go to sleep.
