GREAT!!!
I loved Kervansaray it was a brilliant holiday that I will never forget, the best part was the 2007 animation team I have never meet such lovely people they always smile and are very welcoming, I went with my best friends family and we both became very close to the animation team and hope they don’t leave to soon, the animation provide allot of activities in the day and perform fantastic shows at night, there is never a dull moment with the animation team and they made our holiday... x x x Love you 2007 animation team... x x x x x x x x x Lilly
I thought this hotel was great I had a really nice time. Very relaxing but great sports facilities for children and adults. Would definitely go again hopefully next year. Staff sometimes were rude but generally ok and the food was excellent. Would recommend to go if you are expecting a good time.

Worst holiday
Please don’t waste your money on this Hotel
I stayed with partner for 11 days until we were eventually rescued and given new (proper 5 star) Hotel
We had very bad food poisoning, the whole building leaked when it rained (causing me to fall and fracture finger)
The staff are rude and swear in Turkish about customers (another guest had complained as she could understand what they were saying)
They do not offer half the services that they promise, either facilities are closed or smashed or broken
Although this is a very modern and potentially nice Hotel, its is very poorly run, and has been the worst ever holiday I could have imagined
It was as some points so bad it was funny, although we did think someone must be filming, as you’d never believe it was real life.
