    Poor staff and services
    I have to say this is not alike a five star hotel at all. The clientele is mainly russians and so is the staff. If you don't speak russian you will have a hard time communicating with the staff. I'm not really impressed with the food too. It's pretty poor! Overall, I would not recommend the hotel.

    IC Green Palace / First Class Hotel
    Excellent first class hotel, service, clean, all staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.
