The big disappointment from Turkey.

I'm sorry to say, but it was an awful vacation in a hotel that should be of 5 star, but I don't think that arrives at 2 star. To begin with, the staff are not very profesional and not friendly. One time the elevator was broken and it was someone inside, but the people from the reception was looking at tv and not trying to talk to the people inside the elevator to tell them that someone will arrive. When u enter the room u expect that u will find a 5 star hotel but instead u find towels with stains. Thee carpet on the floor was so dirty that we had to wear always slippers to not get dirty. We had to keep the air conditioning on all day to make a it little bit colder in our room, but when u entered the room u already were sweating. The cleaning ladies were making the cleaning of the room in 5 minutes without vacuuing or cleaning really, but when u put the not disturb sign they will disturb u anyway. On the hotel site, said that it's an international hotel and that here everyone speaks 5 languages, but they know only German, Russian, and English. The food was always the same with a little bit of change of aspect but the taste was the same which was tasteless. In the room, we had the fridge with soft drinks in it and it was room only for 2 drinks if u wanted more u had to pay and this in a hotel of 5 star with all inclusive. The closet - we had to keep it open because if we didn't fit - all of our clothes were smelling like camels. Who said that Turkey is very convenient for the prices are very wrong. It should be a vacation for relaxing, but it was a big disappointment. We will never come back.
