The hotel itself is not bad, but i found it very big, the most concern is about the service at the hotel, which is very bad, i mean the restaurants and staff itself whom i had to ask everyday for folks and spoons or to clean my room and change the towels. Animation team is good, this place is for those who doesnt care about the service. They call themselves 5 stars de lux, i would give 3 stars for it. I do not judge the staff who works there, i think this is because of a bad management, which has to be changed. In total i had a great time with my friend, because after 2 days of feeling uncomfortable, we decided just ignore everything and enjoy our time what we did actually.

I have been allot of places and this is probably the best hotel I have ever been too. The people there are nice and they know how to treat their guests they make sure you fill welcome the animation team was amazing great staff friendly. The Hotel was a little big but you get used to it I recommend it LOVED IT!

If you ever get the feeling that you want to stay at the Ardisia "De Luxe Resort" hotel, I suggest that you lie down in a darkened room until the feeling passes. This monstrous compound, completely out of keeping with the surroundings, should never have been built and is a true blot on the landscape. The beach, such as it is, lies on the other side of a busy road and is connected to the hotel by an underpass. If sunbathing on a rather scruffy bit of sand with lorries thundering past behind you is your passion, then you'll love it. The rooms in the hotel are, at the moment, pretty good, and look newish. The view from the corridors into the side Atria reminds one of a prison. Then we come to the dining. This is an "all inclusive" hotel so at mealtimes one joins the huge queue slowly snaking into the dining room for the school-dinners-style buffet meals, eaten from a table with a tablecloth still stained, wet and crumb-covered from breakfast, probably, that is if you can find a free one. To go with the meal is the included cheap wine and beer, if you like that sort of thing. If you're likely to want to go to bed before 1am, better take your ear-plugs although even with these in you'll still feel the disco four floors below. A favourite, apparently, of German tour groups, judging by the package tour bumph posted on the walls, the true horror of this place at the height of summer should only be imagined, but never experienced.
