what a welcome , champagne and turkish delight, fab room so clean and fresh brill air conditioning. food was amazing , something for every taste, we never left hotel spending all our time at beach or by pool, if u where quick enough to get your towel down, the staff throughout the hotel were so friendly, nothing was to much trouble.

Accommodation, food, service everything about this hotel is excellent. We have been there for 2 consecutive years and will definitely return next year. Not so much for yourger people as the entertainment is minimal. Those who want luxury, quietness will be over satisfied.

The worst place I had seen

We stayed in this hotel (Amara Tekirova) in late June with my 2-year old daughter. This was the worst holiday I had in my life. I had reservation for the deluxe room, and they gave me a standard room and did not reimburse me for the difference. The place was under construction and nobody told us over the phone, electricity cables were all around naked. When you were in the beach, there were workers around. There were construction ladders and holes around (very dangerous for kids). The staff were rude and were not willing to help. In this huge hotel, all of a sudden electricity was gone and I was in the restroom with my daughter, I could not even find out my way out. And the staff told me that this was frequent and they didn't have enough generators for the hotel. Unbelievable.
