A nice hotel with good location, but with a lot of things making nervous: lack of language knowledge at the hotel staff (no English, very little German), bored and unefficient waiters, chaotic circumstances at the overcrowded restaurants, too much people at a two small beach, noisy nights

For a perfect vacation you may definitely choose this hotel, and you MUST choose Turkey.
I have traveled in many countries and over 100 hotels and no country compares with Turkey. The best services, the best hotel personnel, amazing view wherever you choose to go.
