TERRIBLE
As I work hard all year when I go on holiday I like to relax and have a chilled out holiday, When we got to turkey at 3.40am and we got our transfers, we were told that it would be half hr from airport, well 3 hrs later we arrive at our 4* hotel, we walked in and went to reception, and asked for our keys, we got told very rudely to wait, when we got taken to our room me and a female friend were shown into our room which had a double bed, so back to reception we went and got told tough, (this was at 7.30am at 1.30pm after raised voices we got a room which had 2 beds at last. that was just the start. This hotel is not a 4* it is dirty, food is awful we spent our spending money on eating out, the staff are rude and it looks like a grotty 70s hotel that needs a lick of paint, new furnishings and new staff. I would rate this a 1 star there are wild cats that are covered in flees roaming round the food areas and rooms. We had rain one night and we came into our room after being out for lunch...Read more

Worst Holiday
This holiday was sold to two families from the UK. The food they served was all based for Eastern Europeans, the entertainment was all based for Eastern Europeans. We had to eat out most nights at an additional expense as hotel is all inclusive. The children were constantly told off by staff just for having fun and threatended with the manager. Would not recommend to British people at all.

Great location and value
We have just returned from a week’s holiday and stayed in the Gold Safran where we found it was very good although they seemed to cater mostly for the eastern Europeans the hotel was very clean and positioned ideally for the shops and beach. The entertainment was good but only spoken in Russian polish and German, which as most of it was singing dancing and a magician, was not a problem. If you like to go on holiday with a view of meeting other people from different countries, like we do, then this is a great way of meeting them. If you like Britain abroad then it is not for you

Great food!
I was in this hotel with my boyfriend two years ago and we were more then impressed by what we found there! Excellent food, polite and professional staff, clean rooms, pools...everything was worth the price indeed. I would recommend this hotel to everybody, from youngsters to families. In vicinity of hotel there is entire area of bazars (shops) and people there mostly spoke German, what was a bit of a problem for us, but we managed. It was wonderful and I am now trying to make some arrangments to go to this area again, if not to Gold Safran then to some other hotel in the vicinity. I miss Turkey!!!!
