Sorry we skipped the normal check-out procedure. We had a bit of a crisis (16 October 2007, room #405).
We could not open the door to our room, minutes before the shuttle was departing. The electronic lock failed. Maintenance finally opened the door with a screw-driver.
We made the shuttle and were safely dropped off at the airport. But the exit was a bit hurried, unusual.
Other than that, our stay at your hotel was most delightful, your personnel courteous and the premises pleasant.
We shall return.

I enjoyed the room. It was big enough, very clean, and close to public transportation. The price was also fair.
