Windows face other buildings, so not much in the way of views, but a nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff and they speak English. Great location -- walk to the lake, shops, food, night life.

We only stayed one night as we were heading back to the US. The location was great - right in downtown Zurich. Our room was on the top floor - angled ceilings, modern decor. Breakfast was included, I think. Staff was polite and very helpful. The only negative was the air conditioner was a unit built into the wall and was noisy when running.
