Bad staff & bad organisation

The Hotel Rossli doesn't have 3 stars really because of the bad organisation in general! Our first room didnt'have a correct key for the door, and no trash inside. The other room didn't have any separation door between the toilet, shower and the room itself. Many renovation or construction works in the hotel, with much noise, workers with much material in the unique lift and impossible to use the stairs etc. We had to wait always a very long time to go up and down.
The staff of the SPA wasn't friendly, no courtesy, everything written in german only ... Only the cooking was excellent.
Sure the view from the balcony of the room and the place of the hotel in the village were nice but we will choose another hotel for next time!
