Have used the Rigi many ties. The new extention does not have a lift but the rooms and lake views are great.

Good Swiss hospitality just lacks a comfortable lounge. The staff are very helpful and the tourist office is facing as is the boat and train station to Lucern and the Rigi mountain.

Do not miss a visit to the hidden army base set above the hotel inside the mountain. We shall be backin September 2007.
