The Hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The facilities like washing machine & dryer, ironing room to be utilised by guest is a good concept. Given to use the bicycle for a ride around picturesque Thun is a special gesture to guest. Look forward to come again and stay in Thun or Interlaken.
