The owners really know how to make their guests feel welcome, comfortable and important. The staff are efficient, professional, polite and happy. They all speak perfect English. Food is really good (and lots of it), rooms are very comfortable, well arranged and spotless. Not particularly cheap (although we went there at the height of the skiing season) but you get top value for your money. And Saas Fee is beautiful, in summer and winter - the scenery is wonderful, the skiing is great - go there!
