We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were so helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our ski hire and where to go. The cheese fondue is to die for and the hotel is renowned for it (a real must)! The rooms are very basic but clean with fantastic views from our balcony. The restaurant is fab. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the ski lifts and 2 seconds from the train station which will take you straight into Gstaad which is amazing for shopping and eating. I would return for sure.
