We enjoyed staying in this sleek hotel in the center of Lausanne. The staff is courteous and professional, and the rooms are well-appointed, clean and comfortable (though not large). A small problem in the hottest weather is that the air-conditioning does not seem to work that well, though this was promised to be fixed soon - during the heat wave of 2003.
