Although hotel corridors and lobby are air conditioned, the room cooling system does not address humidity and without opening windows (very noisy street) sleeping is impossible.

Front desk reception staff was occasionally missing and when turning in and picking up room key is expected, this is a problem.

Food quality is excellent; coffee superb.

Quaint and quiet. The beds were to die for! Staff extremely nice. Food excellent. Loved the outdoor street cafe. Shopping nearby, outside entertainment, beautiful cobblestone streets. Just loved it! My favorite place in Switzerland!
