What a shame...

The best location in Klosters, a most beautiful building and a fantastic spa all totally ruined by an aggressive, gruff staff that perceives its role as being adversial to the guests. One feels a palpable tension in the hotel whether it is at breakfast, dinner, or in the lobby. There are signs all over the lobby asking for all coats to be removed and hanged in a corner, which is dutifully enforced by the zealous staff. The spa is beautiful but completely ruined by an aggressive spa matron who is constantly shutting children up or evicting them from the premises. The restaurant serves good food but takes itself way too seriously for a resort. I have never felt so happy to come home from a holiday as I did when my taxi picked me up. Never again shall I visit Klosters.
