My wife and I stayed there for two weeks in August, 2008. Nice, cozy hotel with a great, friendly staff. An ideal location for a great vacation.

Very friendly staff. Great food

Although we stayed just up the road, we had lunch at this Hotel and were wishing we had booked in here instead. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff were very friendly (especially Peter) and I would thoroughly recommend it. Next time, we will stay here instead as the food in our Hotel was not nice at all.

Though we've not stayed here we've spent many nights in the bar and restaurant on our 2 trips to Kandersteg and will certainly be staying there next time. The food is fantastic and the hospitality warm, friendly and inclusive whether you are local or just visiting. The best place to hang out in Kandersteg.
