We had reserved 2 NON-SMOKING rooms via our AAA travel agent. When we arrived, the front desk said that they cannot accommodate two non-smoking rooms --- we discussed, but the front desk lady stubbornly gave us only one room non-smoking.
The room was well maintained and clean.
Room service: the first day was good service. The second day, since I had another request to the same front desk lady, she decided to take revenge on me. That day, whenever I called for some room service, the front desk lady absolutely refused to pick up the phone -- even after 5 attempts. Finally, I had to come down to the lobby and make my request for an extra towel.
