Noisy rooms, very overpriced

We paid 170 francs/night for a room that was very noisy because it overlooked the main road. We couldn't sleep because of the noise. The bed was not comfortable, it sagged in the middle. Breakfast (even continental breakfast) is not included in the room rate. The restaurant service was inefficient and all the service was unfriendly.
