On arrival the receptionist was less than helpful. The manager was friendly and helpful.The carpets were more like those you would find in student quaters,not 4*accomodation,the rooms were larger than average but basic.The bathroom sink was dirty and cracked,the toilet seat a very flimsy plastic and the towels gray and past there best. No toiletries supplied, except a fixed pump of cheap soap.No mini bar or coffee making facilities.The breakfast was good but finished at 9.30am not very good when you want a lie in after a late night!The location was excellent situated above a shopping mall. With no air conditioning I wouldn't like to be here in summer.
