I have stayed at the Sergel Plaza several times, but the last time I noticed little things gone that had been there before; e.g. the amenities in the bathroom, coffee, etc. Was this just transitory or is it because I understand the Sergel Plaza is now striving to be a hotel for a slightly lower group of people?
