I give 7 because I've 2 remarks:
First, I stayed in this hotel several days and I had only 2 contacts with the staff when I've comed to take the room's key and when I've left (for the bill ;-))...
Second, I've reserved a room several weeks before the trip with a big bed for me and my wife and we get a room with two single beds...
For the rest, luxurious, quiet ... near the subway and not far from the city's centre.
