First, I stayed in this hotel several days and I had only 2 contacts with the staff when I've comed to take the room's key and when I've left (for the bill ;-))...
Second, I've reserved a room several weeks before the trip with a big bed for me and my wife and we get a room with two single beds...
For the rest, luxurious, quiet ... near the subway and not far from the city's centre.

Top Local Tips for Stockholm
Stockholm Card Go for the Stockholm Card - it comes to about £40 each but well worth it. All subway transport is free and entry to most if not all the museums you would want to go to. Be aware however, that most of those museums seem to be closed on Mondays so you'll have to find something else to do.
Consider buying a 24h/72h ticket if you will be staying for a while. You can buy 24h or 72h tickets for buses, trains, trams and subway at SL center (Central station) and Pressbyrån (many locations in the city) The ticket is very convenient if you're going to do some sightseeing or even for business if you're not getting around by taxis. The 72h ticket was 190 SEK (june 07) compared to 20 SEk for a single ride. Check out SL - Stockholm Transport for information in in English (www.sl.se) 72h ticket gives you free admittance to Gröna Lund and kaknästornet, as well as reduced fee to Skansen
enjoying stockholm one of the easiest cities in europe to get around. boat rides are fun, bus takes you to beautiful park, everyone speaks english, food is always available. It was a bit humid in august. I would go back.
