Disappointing Visit
We visited the Stadshotell in January 2006 for a wedding. The hotel is in a very nice location and the food was superb. However, we were very disappointed in the rooms that were advertised as 4-star. We found leaking faucets, radiators that did not work, phone message indicators that were out of order, and missing amenities such as soap bars in the sinks that are common in other hotels. Also the staff at the front desk were not particularly civil. For the price, I was disappointed, feeling I was paying 4-star prices for a hotel that is barely a 3-star.
