I stayed 2 times 5 nights for a business trip in Kista; 1st time in August 2006, 2nd time in February 2007. Convenient if you have to be in Kista. The hotel is somewhat disappointing. The breakfast is very simple without any variation, definitly not 4 star. The friendlyness of the personel is far from what one may expect, of course there are one or two exceptions. They usually try to ignore you... The rooms are clean but show signs of use. The room temperature is hard to regulate, you cannot get it cool in the summer but it stays overheated in the winter. A serious flaw for a Swedish hotel: no real 'light prove' curtains, in summer time you can 'enjoy' light in your room from 04:30am onwards. The only swedish hotel where the room could not be sufficiently darkened (I stayed in Sweden for 7 times now). The matress of the bed needs replacement, your back will remind you in the morning... Summary: ok (and the best hotel) if you want to be in situated in Kista, but do not come with 4 stars expectations.

Stayed here for 7 weeks and loved every minute of it! The staff was so friendly and the service was unbeatable. Recommended.

Top Local Tips for Kista

Mall in Kista There's a large shopping Mall just at the edge of the business park in Kista; there's some nice shops, and a food court which is reasonable enough for a snack or a quick solo meal, but no restaurants. There is also a local train that will take you into Stockholm quite quickly.
