Quality Hotel POanorama really so good and excellent hotel with pleasure and good staff, clean rooms, good location.
Restaurant and breakfast in hotel really EXCELLENT, we like it and planned to stay in this hotel in our next trip to Goteborg.

I stayed here as part of a conference and the hotel was very busy. I would say it is ok, but nothing like a 4* hotel in UK. On the positive side the staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is plentiful although the breakfast room gets very crowded. You often have to wait for a table and you have to wait in a line to get the food. The hotel is not in the centre of town. I believe this is a good half an hour walk away, but I never made it as I was busy at the conference. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill which can be a bit of a nuisance in the hot weather (and in the frequent torential rain showers). The carpets on the floor that I was staying on were very grubby and many of the areas around the breakfast room and in some parts of the hotel look in need of some paint. I felt that the hotel was basic and clean and fair in terms of facilities but the lack of attention to detail means it is not that good in my view. One day my room was not cleaned at all, despite me being out for most of the day, but having the do not disturb sign on for an hour in the afternoon, whilst I was working. I was not left any towels on another day. The coffee making facilities are poor, you get one sachet of milk, but I'm told that the Swedish do not drink hot drinks in summer! More broadly I found Gothenburg very expensive, be prepared to pay £30 - £40 for a basic meal and a glass of wine.

Travelling from Gothenburg City Airport to Quality Hotel Panorama You can get a bus to the Centre of town but would have to face pulling your luagge up a hill. I would advise getting a Taxi from outside the aiport. There is a taxi rank outside the entrance doors and it costs from 350 SEK to 380 SEK to get to the hotel and takes about 20-25 mins.
