My husband and I come here for a long deserved holiday, thinking we've treated ourselves to a 5 star hotel. We get here, no-one took our bags, no-one showed us to our room, no-one smiled even. We ordered wine opener one night, didn't come, ordered again, took ages. Ordered ice to our room, didn't arrive. Ordered payfor tv one night, which was 4 channels, even if you wanted one, and only 3 worked. No refund given for the other channel. And for a double room, 2 people, they only provide one toothbrush. Are we supposed to share? Facilities, what facilities? Spa, massage, both being fixed or something, we find out after we book in that these arn't available for our stay, but no discounts. And middle of Spain with no pool, what were they thinking? Don't go here, unless high prices, no service, and no facilities suit you. Oohh and to top it off, our cards to get into our room have failed 3 times, and had to be re-swiped, they say cell phones do that, but we haven't carried and electrical equipment with us.
