I have stayed at a number of your hotels (TRYP) over the past few years and, although our stays have been short, we have always found everything we need in terms of comfort, service and attention to detail in hygiene and cleanliness. We will be staying with you again and I would always recommend Tryp Hotels as a safe bet and a sensible choice.
TRYP Hidalgo, Valdepeñas was in fact the worst Tryp hotel I have stayed at. The bedrooms were basic, in need of redecorating, with much poorer bathroom facilities and the common areas offered little luxury and were also in great need of a face-lift.
The one near Barajas Airport, where we stayed last Summer, would merit the 8/10 rating, in my opinion.
