Friendly & well presented
I stayed here with my mum & 4-year-old daughter. The staff were fantastic, accommodation clean, food brilliant, location perfect. I have booked to go back & my mum went back to stay in March she enjoyed. Thanks to all the staff.

Worst hotel ever
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to, I got charged for phone calls I didn’t make, I went all inclusive but had to pay for drinks, I tripped in to lifts and hurt myself, I burnt myself in the restaurant, the bed are horrible, rooms weren’t too clean.

BUG!!!!!
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL>>>Just got back from worst holiday I've ever had due to "BUG". On the second day after arriving my whole family came down with this bug, virus sickness thing and felt terrible!!! Stomach gramps, vomiting and diarrhea was not how we envisioned spending our holiday. I have 3 young children (1 is only a baby) and they have been constantly being sick and crying and are still ill now (we have been back 2 days). We spoke to several people who were suffering the same and there was even a queue to see the Thomson rep about it. I am very annoyed as it seems that Thomson are totally aware of this problem at this hotel but yet are doing nothing. It needs to be closed down as it's totally unacceptable. While we were there we witness sewage in and around the hotel overflowing and poo all over the pavement!!! It stunk!!! The hotel it's self was nice although a little tired. Very friendly staff and rooms made every day. Thomson rep told us this bug was in the whole a... Read more

Better than a 3 Star
Much better than its 3 star rating. The first thing that hits you is how clean the hotel is both bedrooms and public areas. The food /drink was excellent and the facilities and entertainment were very good. The staff were excellent and very polite and nothing was too much trouble. You can eat non stop 8a.m to midnight if you have a mind to. The hotel is on the beach and although out of town there are bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area .The railway station La Colina is ten minutes walk from the hotel and this is an excellent and cheap way of getting about. From our experience I would recommend this hotel.
