Hotel staff very good. Dining room reminded me of good old days in RAF. Had most meals in the Red Parrot, English owned. Best food very reasonable. Hotel bar expensive. Very difficult access to beach and hotel pool not good.

What a nightmare!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel after finding that the sister hotel, the Roc Flamingo was fully booked, which was were we were supposed to be staying, any way to cut a long story short, they took us to this hotel. We got our room to find that we had noisy neighbours, we complained but there was no rooms till next morning, then we were given a room that had a huge hole in the wall, stapled together with awhite sheet, room was cold and damp, wardrobe draws were damp and stained, complained again, to be told, yes no rooms went to see the managress who said the same no rooms, we eventually got another room for our last two days, the hotel was getting refurbished, the pool was filthy dirty and it had 17 sun beds on a small area of grass for the size of the hotel this was rediculous. Have took photos for our complaint. The location of the hotel is about the best.

Airport transfer Booked a shuttle service, proved just as good as a taxi and much cheaper

Convenient for main bus routes . Five minutes from the front of the Hotel you can be on the main road for buses to Torremolinos or on to Malaga going west you have buses going to Marbella and other resorts. From the rear of the Hotel past the pool you are one minute away from the promenade with acess to walks to Benalmadena or the other way into Torremolinos.

Train line "From Malaga Airport you can take the train to Montemar Alto station then a 15 minute walk down to the Hotel. Take the same train line for a day out in Malaga city, Aroya where there is a local market or the Tivoli world amuesment park or go to the end of the line to Fuengirola. "
