We stayed in this Hotel from the 23rd June for 2 weeks and I am sorry I didnt extend for a further week. The room was great but lacked a mirror over the dressing table so I simply bought one from a great large shop in Town for 8 euros. There was a lack of electrical sockets but for a 5 euro deposit you could rent an extension lead. Free wifi but had too move around a lot on the balcony to pick it up. The room was clean and the maids were polite and nothing was any trouble. The food was fabulous and we were never bored with the variety. All the staff were friendly, polite and always had a smile. We spent every evening in the Hotel, the entertainment was basic but enjoyable, lack of an audience dampened the spirits but it was very pleasurable sitting on the terrace with a drink. Bar prices not too bad for a 4 star Hotel. Rent a car from the hotel was very cheap and free parking in the Hotel Car park.I am looking forward to going back next year and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking forward to a good relaxing holiday or as a base if you hire a car.

Top Local Tips for Puerto de la Cruz

Loro Park This is a great place to visit. Dolphins, sea lions, whales, exotic birds etc etc. Really, as good as Sea World Florida! Always buy your water in the supermarkets - it is much, much cheapoer!!! Hotels rip you off for water.
