Loved this hotel, for being such a large hotel things were easy to find and areas marked easy enough to find, food was lovely with a great variety for all tastes. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel, although may not be suitable for the unfit [ha] fairly steep location.

My 14 year old daughter and I have just returned from Paradise Park Hotel and we were very impressed. We booked last minute through Jet 2 and paid half the usual price. The hotel was immaculately clean, the food wonderful with a varied selection and the staff more than helpful. Our room was well equipped (twin standard) with a safe for which there was a small charge and a fride (Bliss). I think our room was probably due a refurb as it looked slightly dated with 80's furnishing, but we found it spotless every day. The entertainment was a little cheesy but varied. There is a lot of organised sports etc for families and adults and the entertainment team are very charming. I would recommend this hotel it had a predominantly spanish clientel which I like. Shame the weather was bad, but we had a fun time.

We stay at this hotel at least once a year and we find the food to be excellent, plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. The service in the bars and restaurant is very good and the reception staff are helpful. The rooftop is very good as it is adult only so you can relax and enjoy the weather. Try the junior suites they are real luxury and you get tea and coffee making facilities. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel not 4*, food good but never hot!

Definitely not our idea of 4*. The rooms were very small and if your room was set on an angle as ours was, then when the neighbours flushed their toilet the noise was very loud. We first noticed this as we were dozing off on the first night around midnight. (We awoke with a start and wondered what was happening).
The food was plentiful and varied but the hot food was never hot only luke warm. The restaurant was a little dingy as it was situated below street level. The restaurant staff were polite and courteous and very attentive to our needs unlike the reception staff who took three requests and 40 minutes to switch on the lights in the public seating area at 21.30 hours!!
Los Cristianos was not my idea of a perfect holiday retreat as there were too many Brits.

It is going down big time

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel since 1997 and the standards are going down big time. When we first found the hotel in 1997 it was immaculate and a very good five star rating, but over the last few years the standards have fallen. The last three times we have stayed we have found cockroaches in our room and once we found lots of them crawling up the wall behind the bed. The last time we stayed we up graded to a suite but still found cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor, also holes in the bed linen. It is a great shame that the hotel owners have spent so much money on the new spa but forgotten to update the hotels interior. We will not go back again.

Even though our opinion may be blighted by severe alcohol indulgence we had a brilliant time. Loved the pools, service and food! And the entertainment! Would definately go back again!

Stayed at the hotel back end of December early January. The rooms were kept clean and a very good size. The beds were very large but the linen was full of holes. The shower out of 12 days was only hot three times. The computers were on the blink for two days so every time you wanted to go into your room you had to get a member of staff to let you in if it was busy on reception you had to wait for some time. One time they were booking in about forty new arrivals so had to be a little loud so get a member of staff to let me in. New Years Eve party at an extra cost of about £100 each was a total wash out. Should have started at 8pm but they forgot to inform about 50% that it had moved forward the time to 7.30pm so when we went down to dinner you were moved around like cattle. For a quarter of the price, you could have eaten out and had a better meal as it was very poor. The staff in general were very good, the hotel foods is not to my liking as I like my food hot or at least warm. I have stayed in lots of hotels all over the world and this is not a four star hotel more of a two star or lower three.

Top Local Tips for Los Cristianos

El Molino Blanco A marvellous restaurant for a very special occasion. Food, service, music, setting are excellent.Make sure that you book a few days in advance.

Restaurants with a difference One would be La Moulino Blanco in Playa- good food and superb entertainment with a singer, a band and a violinist. The place is always fully booked, so reservations are needed. Garibaldi restarant opposite H10 hotel in Playa also great food- more expensive- with superb pianist every night but Tuesday,

cheap as chips! Grab a cab - cheap as chips!
