Great Location - poor facilities

The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the bay of Tamariu. The restaurant terrace is a great place to have breakfast - self service with helpful able staff. Unfortunately, our room was poor for the following reasons. We had booked through Hotelopia, and their site stated satelitlite television and under room facilities, central airconditioning. No airconditioning in room. No Radio No English speaking television station No toilet brush! No kettle, and no way to get a cup of coffee No hairdrier Parking 10 minute walk from hotel To open the balcony, the bed had to be moved! Very poor / inadequate lighting to read by. Surly receptionists. Tamariu itself was worth the visit, but we would definitely choose a different hotel next time.
