We visited Hotel Suburb in Sept 2004 and would strongly recommend it. Our room was large, equipped with everything you need, view of the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful, especially on a nice day you can sit on outside. As far as location is concerned... you cant beat it!! - within walking distance of beach, pubs etc.
