We stayed over New Year for 3 days & paid 800 Euros for a triple room but wanted to ski & it was the only hotel available. We checked in at 7pm but there was no key available as the previous guests had taken it with them & they didn't have a master copy. We were sent away & told to return in a while. Once in the room the disinfected toilet was still very dirty & needed to be cleaned again. Generally the cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor ie. dirty walls, mould around bath, tiles etc. The bed linen & towels were grey & old, the bed throws were not much better. The heating would swith off after 1am & not come back on till 7am, making the room very cold & taking hours to re-heat. The restaurant had a very limited choice, buffet trays were not refilled & dishes were stone cold. There are only 12 seats in the lounge area & no where else to go within the hotel other than your room. The hotel is ok for school trips & groups looking for a cheap hostal type of stay but the prices are extremely abusive. However, the staff were all friendly & willing to correct any problems but this doesn't make up for the poor quality at such high room rates. Won't be recommending this hotel to my worst enemy ! Sorry .......
