Disappointing
Great location next to the Aqueduct but on a very noisy street (although the window is double glazed and that helped). We encountered a very unhelpful hotel clerk (She made us feel that she was doing us a favor. In addition, she didn't bother explaining how the parking worked and we ended up getting a ticket!) and the breakfast was the worst we ever ate in Spain.
The room was functional and clean, as was the bathroom. Air conditioning worked too well and we either froze or roasted.

Clean and quiet
Room standard excellent. Restaurant acceptable with an interesting choice of dishes. Breakfast a trifle ersatz in relation to the rest of the hotel's standards. Staff attitudes universally courteous and helpful, both as regards the hotel and also with information on Segovia.

Good solid experience
European lodging is hit or miss, and this place was extremely clean and quiet. The air conditioner worked very well, since it was hot while I was there. Housekeeping did and excellent job. I got a kick of the 24 Aqueduct channel. All I can say is that I had a good time staying here.
