Husa Santiago Apostol was a warm and friendly environment to stay in. Meals were good-especially due to the kind staff that always wore a smile. The maids were especially cheery even though thay had to clean several rooms occupied by very messy teenagers! Free newspapers were avaliable-allowing us to be up-to-date with the goings on in London. The facilities were good-especially the hairdryer in the bathroom although it was not always easy to turn off! The only thing that wasn't that pleasing was the paper thin walls meaning you could hear everything next door!
